Supporting the development of team work and a positive ethos within Sixth Form.
The aim of the FF Sixth Form Induction programme is to provide a fun and lively launch to the year which inspires students to reach their potential and supports the development of a positive ethos of trust and respect. An Induction programme can be run on-site or off-site, delivered either as a one-day or multi-day residential programme. They typically take place at the end (June/July) or the beginning of the academic year (September). In 2010, we delivered induction programmes for over 1,500 students from 13 schools across the UK.
1. Programme Aims
Help students to make a smooth transition within education, i.e. Into Senior School, GCSEs or Sixth Form
Explore what is expected of them (i.e. student, parent and teacher expectations)
Challenge students to develop a vision for the year ahead and set tangible goals for academic and broader achievement
Encourage students to take responsibility for their own learning and to go beyond what is being asked of them in class

Our events this year have blown me away, and the impact you have is NOT just on the kids. I arrived back on Wednesday inspired to do better, and spent the day rewriting a whole school Achievement Plan. Sam felt the same, in fact all of our staff did.” Alan Fletcher, former Head of Sixth Form, Ormiston Victory Academy (formerly Costessey High School)
Your activity was very much enjoyed and your presentation at the end was excellent and certainly made them think. Clare Lowery, Head of Sixth Form, Langley School
