Our Programmes

We deliver a range of one-day and multi-day programmes for young people from Years 7 to 13.

For schools and youth organisations we can either provide an established programme or work with you to tailor a programme to the specific needs of the young people you work with.

Step Up:

Year 10 and 11

Our Step Up Programme can be delivered as a one-day or multi-day programme with the aim to raise aspirations and re-engage students with academic work.
The programme typically challenges Year 10 and 11 students to take personal responsibility for their study and provides the tools they need to make the time they have left in school count by helping students realise the benefits of reaching their potential and providing them with the confidence they need to succeed.

Inductions:

Year 7, 10, 12 and 13

Our Induction programmes are between one and three days at the end (June/July) or at the beginning of the academic year (September - November).   Specific emphasis is placed on encouraging the whole year team, positive peer pressure, increasing personal responsibility and setting goals for the year ahead.

We have tailored inductions for the following Year Groups:

  • Start of Secondary School - Year 7 Induction
  • Start of GCSEs - Year 10 Induction
  • Sixth Form Induction - Year 12 and/or 13
  • Leadership/Prefect Induction - Year 12 or 13

Book early to avoid disappointment. Please note, the first three weeks of September are one of the busiest periods of the year for Inductions.

Higher Education:

Year 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12

Our Higher Education Experiences are tailored to the needs and current aspirations of the young people we work with.  All our programmes help to raise awareness of the benefits of Higher Education and encourage students to take personal responsibility over identifying whether or not Higher Education is right for them and if it is,
