How to Book a FF Programme

We have a simple five step process for booking a programme.

1. Contact Us: You can either Contact Us by phone (020 3137 2290) or email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) to book a programme or download our 'needs questionnaire'.
2. Proposal: Based upon our call and/or your answers to the questionnaire we will then write a proposal and provide you with options and costings.
3. Options: You select which option you would like from the Options and Costings sheet and let us know if you would like any changes to the proposal.
4. Confirmation: We confirm the details of the option and submit an invoice to you to confirm the programme. 
5. Start! We appoint a FF Programme Manager to manage all the logistics (from booking a venue, to finalising the timetable, to writing a flyer to advertise the event) leaving you to concentrate on liaising with the young people.

To complete the 'Needs Questionnaire' you will need to consider the following:

• When do you want to host the programme? 
• What Year Group or Year Groups would you like to focus the programme on?
• What are the needs of this Year Group and which programme theme would you like to book? 
• Where would you like the programme to be hosted?
