Jack Butler // Founder and Chairman
Jack graduated from the University of Cambridge with a double first class degree in Social and Political Sciences.
As a professional speaker and trainer, through courses, seminars and keynotes, and one-on-one coaching, he has empowered thousands of young people to raise their aspirations and fulfill their potential.
In 2004, he founded FF and has grown the organisation to its current outreach to over 3000 young people a year!
After six years as CEO, Jack is currently undertaking a sabbatical. Jon is now leading day to day operations as Managing Director, and Jack has stepped into a Chairman role.
Interesting Fact: Jack has a blue for playing football for the University of Cambridge.

Jon Harper // Managing Director
Jon graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Industrial Economics and has a masters in Charity Marketing and Fundraising with Distinction, from Cass Business School.
As UK Programme Director of SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise) he grew the SIFE programme from 5 to over 30 UK Universities in four years. He managed over 600 student volunteers delivering community projects across the UK.
Jon joined FF in 2007 to lead up the operations and development of programmes across the UK.
Interesting Fact: Jon walked 100 km in under 24 hours (without sleep!) in aid of Oxfam.

Pete Cuff // General Manager
Pete graduated from the University of Warwick in 2000 with a degree in Management Science. He was elected as Student Activities Officer and trustee of University Of Warwick Students’ Union 2000-2001.
He has worked at various firms in the City including PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He spent 7 years at King’s College London Students’ Union specialising in membership support, learning and development primarily in volunteering.
Pete joined FF in 2009 to further develop the FF processes and systems to ensure programmes are delivered in an effective, safe and fun way!
Interesting Fact: Pete ran the London Marathon in 2007 and 2009 raising thousands of pounds for charity.

Alex Bustamante // Programme Manager
Whilst at Young Enterprise, Alex increased student participation from 2000 – 7500, with 300 business volunteers and entrepreneurs recruited, trained and managed to deliver programmes.
He has 5 years’ facilitation experience and 8 years’ experience working with young people in various contexts including football club management and academy coaching (Ghana) and creative youth camps.
He is passionate about presenting and inspiring others and has in his spare time become a Toastmasters
Advanced Communicator.
Alex joined FF in early 2010 to lead the the delivery and development of the FF schools programmes.
Interesting Fact: Alex's full name is 'ALEXANDER AMAUTA MARCO AURELIO BUSTAMANTE'!

James Mummery // Project Manager
James has worked in and around the youth sector for the last five years. A keen campaigner, his interests in enacting and supporting social change has seen James followed by Channel 4 whilst running a London based recycling campaign, supporting school development in Uganda, and regularly invited to speak to young people about how to take action whilst still in school.
James joined FF in 2009 supporting community development programmes. He is now responsible for overseeing FF’s one day deliveries and developing new and existing programme content for the organisation.
Interesting Fact: James has had tea with David Cameron, greeted Obama on an escalator (at the Toronto G8 Summit) and represented young people on Newsnight!
